1. How much will the childcare cost me ?

For a full list of fees and payment options including child care vouchers, take a look at out Admission and Fees section.

2. Do I have to book five days a week ?

No, you can have just one day if thats all you need.

3. How long is the waiting list ?

Once you have taken part in a pre-registration visit and given us your completed Registration Form your child's name will be added to the waiting list.

We will try to match your needs with a vacancy but the waiting time will depend on what you want and what we can offer at that particular time.

4. Are the staff all qualified ?

Our staff are qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 and 3 and the children to staff ratios set by Ofsted are maintained at all times.

We are fortunate enough to be recognised as a reputable training provider and as such are able to supplement our staff team with competent trainees who are only permitted to supervise small groups when supported by a member of staff qualified to do so.

For more details about our staff, please take a look at our staff section.

5. What times do you open ?

We are open from 8am until 6pm Monday to Friday, 52 weeks per year excluding Bank Holidays (Although charges still apply during bank holiday closures). We also have a variety of childcare options available to you.

6. Do you administer medicine ?

We do not administer medicine if your child is ill. However we do administer medicines for conditions such as asthma or eczema.

7. What happens if my child becomes unwell ?

If your child becomes unwell and needs to be collected, you or one of your nominated contacts will be required to collect your child within one hour of notification. This is to support your child and also protect other children and staff from the risk of cross contamination.

Standard exclusion periods will apply in some instances, for example sickness or diarrhoea.

8. Will my child be eligible for funded hours ?

We offer EEE funding for 3 and 4 year olds and 2YO funding for eligible 2 year olds.

9. What happens if I am late collecting my child ?

In the event that you are going to be late, we expect you to arrange alternative collection with one of your alternative contacts. For safety and insurance purposes we have a strict collection policy and a fee will be charged if you do not collect your child within the agreed times.
